This one-of-a-kind trip combines a short hike through the culturally rich Khumbu area with a breathtaking helicopter ride over the world’s highest peaks in just three days.
The trip starts with a beautiful flight to Lukla. Then there is a short walk to Phakding and Namche Bazaar, which is where most of the Sherpa people live. You will fly over Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar in a chopper from here, where you can see Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and the famous Khumbu Icefall. From above, you can take a picture that you’ll never forget and really understand how grand the Himalayas are.

Itinerary
Early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, offering your first views of the Himalayan range. Upon landing, start a gentle downhill trek to Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River. Pass small villages, prayer wheels, and Mani walls along the way. Overnight at a cozy teahouse in Phakding. Dinner included.
The trail today goes through pine trees and over suspension bridges, taking you to Sagarmatha National Park. You can get to the colorful Sherpa settlement of Namche Bazaar by walking slowly up a hill after crossing the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. Check out the local market and enjoy the views of the mountains. Stay the night at Namche. Included was dinner.
Get on your private helicopter early in the morning for an exciting flight over Tengboche, Everest Base Camp, and Kala Patthar. Fitness Level and Trekking Difficulty: Everest Heli Trekking is a short, easy journey that people of all fitness levels can enjoy. Each day, you’ll only walk for a few hours on well-marked paths. You don’t need to have done any trekking before, so it’s great for newbies, families, or travelers who are short on time.
Details of the Helicopter Flight: The best part of the trip is the flight over Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. The helicopter might stop for a short time at Kala Patthar or Everest View Hotel, but this will depend on the weather and the weight limit (up to 240–250 kg per flight). Depending on the level, each flight can hold between 3 and 5 people.
Being aware of altitude: The hike isn’t very long, but you’ll quickly gain a lot of height. You will sleep at 3,440 meters in Namche and soar above 5,500 meters in Kala Patthar. You probably won’t get altitude sickness on this route, but it’s still crucial to drink enough water and follow the guide’s instructions.
Accommodation: You’ll be staying in traditional teahouses with accommodations for two people. These are nice, tidy, and a terrific opportunity to meet folks who live nearby. You can pay extra for basic utilities like charging ports, Wi-Fi, and hot baths.
Food and water: All meals are provided during the hike. You can anticipate to eat simple, healthful foods like dal bhat, noodles, and soups. You may fill up and clean your water bottles along the way. Customers can also buy bottled water.
