Overview
The Chulu East Peak Climb & Annapurna Semi Circuit Trek is one of the most exciting trekking and climbing trips in Nepal. It combines a thrilling high-altitude peak climb with a visit to the beautiful and culturally rich Annapurna area. There are mountain climbers on this trip, and there are also hikers who just want to enjoy visiting remote villages, forests, and high passes.
The trip starts in Pokhara and goes through green river valleys, traditional Gurung and Thakali towns, and farmland with steps. There will be clear rivers, thick woods, and flower-filled alpine meadows along the way. The trail slowly goes up, giving you time to get used to the altitude before you try to reach Chulu East Peak (6,584 m). This peak offers incredible panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Gangapurna, Machapuchare, and the surrounding Himalayan giants.
The walk continues along the Annapurna Semi Circuit after the climb. This is a less crowded version of the full circuit that lets hikers enjoy untouched nature, local culture, and stunning views without the crowds. Trekkers will see holy places like Muktinath, pretty towns, and high passes on this trail, which makes it a great mix of adventure, culture, and natural beauty. With the right help, getting used to the altitude, and physical training, this trek can be an unforgettable adventure in the Himalayas.
